What is the best way to take Xendurance Protein & How much liquid? Both flavours of Protein; Chocolate and Vanilla, can be taken pre or post workout. Take 1 Scoop with 180ml-200ml of Liquid pre or post so the amount of liquid provides a less filling feeling for your activity. Some prefer mixing Protein with more liquid and then adding in Fuel-5 or Fuel-5+ for endurance. Both Protein flavors mix great with other Xendurance powders!
